چکیده
The aim of the present work has been directed to investigate the physico-chemical status of the soil at Majherdabri area of Jalpaiguri district, West Bengal, India. The soil samples have been collected using conventional method during summer (April) and winter (November). The samples collected from the adjacent forests serve as the control. The pH, organic C, available P, and K are determined by standard methods. As, the sustainable crop production and soil quality are intimately related, so adequate environmental condition has been suggested in the said work.

متن کاملAn inventory model for deteriorating items with time-dependent demand and time-varying holding cost under partial backlogging
In this paper, we considered a deterministic inventory model with time-dependent demand and time-varying holding cost where deterioration is time proportional. The model considered here allows for shortages, and the demand is partially backlogged. The model is solved analytically by minimizing the total inventory cost. The result is illustrated with numerical example for the model. The model ca...

متن کاملMembrane-associated proteomics of chickpea identifies Sad1/UNC-84 protein (CaSUN1), a novel component of dehydration signaling
Dehydration affects almost all the physiological processes including those that result in the accumulation of misfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), which in turn elicits a highly conserved signaling, the unfolded protein response (UPR). We investigated the dehydration-responsive membrane-associated proteome of a legume, chickpea, by 2-DE coupled with mass spectrometry. A total o...
